Lee has been in the fitness industry since he was 17 and joined Fitness First in 2005. His background is in personal training and management. Lee progressed from General Manager to the Divisional Fitness Manager for the South and is now the UK Head of Fitness.

Lee oversees the fitness product within the UK to ensure Fitness First delivers the best and most innovative experience for its members, including Group Exercise, Personal training, Gym floor experience, Fitness equipment and gym floor layout.

A qualified REPS level 3 Advanced Personal Trainer, Lee can provide advice and tips on Group Exercise, Personal training, Fitness training methods, Fitness Equipment, Fitness trends and the service that Fitness First offers its members across the UK.

In January 2014, Fitness First announced the re-engineering and rebranding of its clubs, workouts and customer service based on fresh insight into behavioural psychology and how to motivate members to stay fit. The company is one of the largest fitness brands in the world with over 377 Fitness First clubs worldwide. In the UK it operates 77 clubs with 2,000 staff and 191,000 members.
