Lesley Howard

Poet, author and photographer diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease

All of a sudden, aged 57, Lesley's life turned upside down. Everything now seemed to revolve around the word Parkinson's - this disease that had sneakily taken up residence in her body. Despite being a jewellery designer/tutor for more years than she cares to recall, it is through poetry, writing and photography that she has always found a path of expression. Now she feels it is important to share the more unseen aspects of this progressive condition with others.
