Leslie has been Executive Director of the C&A Foundation since 2013 and has previously worked in a number of sectors, including small holder agribusiness, entrepreneurship and corporate philanthropy. She was Deputy Director for TechoServe in West and Southern Africa. She started her career with McKinsey & Company and holds a Master of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy and French from University of California at Berkeley.
