Libby Page

Student Journalist and Campaigner

Libby Page is a student journalist in her final year at the London College of Fashion. When she was 16 she wrote Love Pink, an illustrated book that raises money for Breast Cancer Care. Since then she has investigated the fashion issues faced by women with breast cancer and produced a short documentary that aims to raise awareness about the subject ( www.thelastfashionvictims.com).

Libby has done work experience at six national publications and a local paper. She is now campaigning for fairer internships. In January 2013 she joins Intern Aware as their Campaign and Policy Co-ordinator.

Libby studies fashion journalism but is interested in the wider meanings of fashion: how what we wear affects the way we feel and the way people perceive us. She writes about her take on fashion (and life) on her blog www.lovepinklibbypage.blogspot.com.

Libby was a finalist in the Vogue Talent Contest 2011.
