Liz Copelandof http://www.thedivorcementor.com is a divorce mentor, helping people develop a clear divorce strategy, and walking by their side as they go through the emotional trauma of a serious life crisis. Liz’s clients are usually professional women, who are going through angst and turmoil inside but need to stay composed and confident at work, and who want to stay balanced as possible for their kids.

Liz helps people create their own personal divorce plan, with clear next steps. Her clients have her full and personal support through all of the emotional and practical changes that this time will generate.

Liz started her career with Price Waterhouse and CAP Scientific and left corporate world when her husband was transferred overseas. On his return, Liz started a complementary therapy practice and ran this successfully for many years.

During this time she also had three children and was a University lecturer. As Liz began to work with people with emotional eating problems, she developed a change process that would enable her clients to make significant life changes. It was this specific process that helped Liz through her own 4 year long divorce, after 26 years of marriage.

It hasn’t all been plain sailing. Liz has been through the weeping into the pillow moments; felt overwhelmed by spreadsheets and experienced the feeling that everything in your life has been thrown up into the air and you don’t know exactly how it’s going to fall.

Liz now leads a very happy, busy and interesting life and lives with her three adult children, 2 cats, 1 dog and 1 puppy. She is relishing not having watch Sky Sports all weekend, enjoying a new personal freedom and the confidence that comes with knowing that you can overcome anything.
