Perfect Love

'Don't settle for anything less than the man who doesn't exist because you've built him up in your head so much that no actual human man could ever hope to compare with the imaginary Adonis you are hoping to finally meet...'

Election vs Eastenders

Why don't we learn about this at school? Modern politics should be part of our learning as much as reading and writing. As it is, we've got to the point where an awful lot of teachers find it hard to answer questions on foreign policy or immigration. And then what hope is there?

A Cheerful Revolution

So it's obviously a subject that I think a lot about.

In Conclusion...

I did it! I did a whole month of shows at the Edinburgh Festival and I didn't die, kill anyone, have a nervous breakdown, get pregnant, get an STD, get punched in the face, eat a deep fried mars bar, get flu, succumb to exhaustion or sing at the karaoke!!

Edinburgh Fringe Anxiety

Taking a show to the fringe is the biggest source of anxiety you can imagine. It involves terrifying creatures like 'press releases' and 'flyers'. Mythical beasts called 'reviewers' might come and see your show and say bad things. Or worst of all, they might not come at all...
