Marek Sacha

co-founder and CEO of Reverecare.co.uk, the on-demand home care agency for people in need, which is set to transform social care

Born and raised in the Czech Republic, after graduating with a Masters from Czeck Technical University in Prague, Marek quickly developed a reputation as a skillful entrepreneur and investor, specialising in overlooked opportunities in what people may refer to as ‘unexciting’ or complicated industries from health care to groceries.

In 2014, Marek founded Rohlik.cz, a next generation food delivery service that quickly became the leading online grocery market in the Czech Republic, offering a unique 90-min delivery service with produce sourced from local farmers.

In 2016, in a call to bring great care back to the UK care system, Marek, together with doctorpreneur Dr. Mahiben Maruthappu, founded on-demand home care agency Revere Care; an online platform that allows people in need of help to book a carer by connecting them to a digital carer marketplace – think Uber of social care. Having closed the largest digital health seed round in Europe, Revere Care is expanding rapidly as they are taking the sector from the stone age to the digital age.

Marek is also the founder and CEO of Benefio, the venture capital firm and an ex competitive basketball player for the Czech Republic.
