Mark Whitby is Seagate’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing, for Europe, Middle East and Africa. Based in Maidenhead, England, he’s responsible for the company’s $2 billion yearly business in the region. As the world’s leading provider of hard drive and storage solutions, Seagate products help more people store, share and protect their valuable digital content. From the videos, music and documents we share with friends and family on social networks, to servers that form the backbone of enterprise data centers and cloud-based computing, to desktop and notebook computers that fuel our personal productivity,

Mark also has responsibility for Seagate's global distribution channel, helping lead and shape the strategy and delivery of the business across the three geographic regions worldwide.

A technologist at heart, Mark has over 20 years’ experience working in the IT and communication sectors. Before joining Seagate he held senior sales and marketing positions with Vodafone and Intel, and he began his business career at ICI.

Away from work, Mark is a big sports fan and a proud supporter of Harlequins and Leeds United.
