Assistant National Officer at UNISON leading on their Ethical Care Campaign to improve our homecare system

I work for UNISON where I am leading on our Ethical Care Campaign which is about improving our homecare system for both care workers and care users. The campaign urges councils to adopt our Ethical Care Charter which means that the use of 15 minute visits are ended, care workers get better training and there is continuity of care. It also ends the use of zero hours contracts and means that care workers are paid the Living Wage.
