Miriam is a second year History student at Durham University. She is a deputy news editor for Durham’s student Newspaper Palatinate, and has previously edited Palatinate’s Politics section. She loves to write and has a blog - thoughtfullymadeblog.wordpress.com
She is passionate about feminism, and is co-president of her college Feminist Society. This summer she completed a work experience placement with the BBC programme ‘Who do you think you are?’ and hopes to go on to pursue a career in writing and broadcasting when she graduates.
