Natalie Curtis is ActionAid's Senior Editorial & Stories Manager, sourcing real life stories from across the globe and deployed during humanitarian emergencies to provide communications support to ActionAid's emergency response teams. Natalie's work has taken her around the world, from Lebanon's mine field's, to post quake Haiti, to a stint living with Masai tribespeople in Tanzania.

She is a firm believer in the power of story telling to expose injustice, influence decision makers and fuel debate.

For three years Natalie worked as ActionAid's international Media Manager, coordinating its work across 45 countries. She has also worked for Oxfam on its climate change campaign and before that led the media work of the 300-NGO strong Cluster Munition Coalition - the international campaign that secured a global treaty banning cluster bombs in 2008.
