Director of Small Green Shoots - creative consultancy with a mission to change the lives of young people

Starting her career as an intern, Natalie went on to enjoy more than a decade at the cutting edge of urban music and the wider arts scene - developing a series of prominent and successful ventures including ILUVLIVE, London Songwriters Week and the Urban Music Seminar while working with some of the UK’s most prominent artists and executives.

Natalie founded Small Green Shoots in 2009 as a boutique music-based consultancy capable of developing and delivering innovative projects that bring together arts professionals and young people. The organisation has developed projects for a wide range of partners - including Arts Council England, PRS for Music Foundation, the Greater London Authority, Transport for London, Virgin Records and the Princes Trust - and has piloted a successful Creative Apprenticeships Programme. A passionate advocate of the transformative potential of art and creativity and the need for greater inclusivity in arts funding, Natalie is also CIPD-qualified, a lecturer at DV8 Training and a regular contributor to both national and trade media.
