Nick Tolley

Co-Founder of Harris+Hoole

Nick Tolley grew up in Australia before moving to Paris, France to study for an MBA at INSEAD business school in 2003-04.

After graduating, he moved to the UK and gained experience working part-time in a sandwich shop. During this time, Nick began to see different opportunities in the hospitality sector and was keen to start trying them out.

His first venture was a niche premium coffee specialist, Taylor Steet Baristas, which he launched in 2006 with his brother and sister who were also living in the UK.

In 2012 they decided it was time to bring a far better cup of coffee to the high street and so set up Harris+Hoole as a way to do this. Harris+Hoole prides itself on its fantastic tasting, professionally crafted, speciality grade, directly sourced coffee.

The first Harris+Hoole opened in 2012.
