Nicky Hill

Nicky Hill is a freelance trainer and consultant with Re:form Consulting. She has extensive expertise in the areas of gangs, serious youth violence, youth homelessness and housing, substance misuse, mental health, trauma and safeguarding.


Nicky is particularly passionate about ensuring services are able to effectively meet the needs of young men affected by gangs and serious youth violence with highly professional but credible support that considers issues of identity, masculinity, trauma, attachment, shame and experiences of exploitation whilst providing meaningful and viable alternatives to offending.
