Crossrail’s Farringdon Project Manager

Nisrine Chartouny is Crosrsail’s Farringdon Project Manager, leading more than 600 workers in the complex construction of the new 250 million station.
Nisrine joined Crossrail in 2008, progressing to the Project Business Manager’s managing the budget, cost, schedule, risk, and contracts administration, before becoming Project Manager.
Previously she has been the Chief Construction Engineer for civil business in Bechtal, working on projects including the new Doha international airport, the Romanian Motorway, the Nuclear Waste Treatment Plant in Washington State and the Elm Road Power Plant in Wisconsin.
Prior to joining Bechtel, Nisrine provided construction management and field engineering services on residential and high-rise buildings in of Lebanon and infrastructure projects in the United States.
Mrs Chartouny has a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the American University of Beirut and a Masters Degree in Construction Engineering and Project Management from the University of Texas in Austin.
