From early childhood Olga was interested in health and well-being, something deep inside her said it was possible to boost mental and physical health, and she was determined to find out how. This journey led her to finish a degree in philosophy at Kings College London while simultaneously traveling to India in search of holistic lifestyle advice. At the age of 23, together with her husband, Olga set up a holistic health and well-being business, with a focus on adult education, mindfulness, stress management and healthy lifestyle ideas. HHT covers London, Surrey and the surrounding counties of England.
Olga works with various charities including Surrey Wildlife Trust and Wildlife Aid. She has also organised and managed charity events in Moscow to assist animal shelters. Olga is a qualified Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master Teacher, Crystal Healer, Mindfulness Teacher, and a Sound Therapist. Together with her husband and in cooperation with Surrey Wildlife Trust, Olga conducts regular Nature Therapy events focused on reducing stress and anxiety and teaching mindful living and environmental awareness and protection.
Olga is currently working with several business groups in Surrey, including Surrey Chambers of Commerce. A central tenant of this job involves highlighting the growing benefits to business of introducing mindfulness in the workplace. There is also a focus on bringing health and well-being awareness into businesses around the county. Olga is passionate about education and the benefits of healthy living and care for the environment and animals.
Olga also has a profound interest in exploring different cultures and traditions while traveling, as well as visiting ancient sites and natural treasures of the world. Olga has travelled extensively to many locations including the USA, India, Mexico, France, Italy, Greece, Sweden, Switzerland, Finland, Egypt, Turkey, Ukraine, Russia, Georgia, Jordan, Israel, Indonesia, Cambodia, Thailand, Singapore, Maldives, Oman, and many others. She is fluent in Russian, English, and French, and continues to study Mandarin Chinese.
