Pete Edge

Pete has spent the last 10 years helping young people with their post-18 decisions, encouraging students to pursue whichever pathway to employment suits them best. He is currently the Head of Admissions & Recruitment at Kaplan where he is responsible for helping students through the enquiry, application and admissions process to higher education and professional programmes.

He studied at the University of East Anglia (UEA) for both a Bachelors and Masters degree in Modern History before going on to work for UEA and then the University of Essex in the field of student recruitment. Nominated for Kaplan’s Leadership Awards in 2013, Pete’s wealth of experience working within higher education and professional education has seen him work with students across the globe and provides an excellent platform from which to provide advice and guidance to students regardless of grades, social background or nationality.
