Polly Bartlett

TV Researcher / Founder of Women in Media

Polly Bartlett is a third year student of Music and Drama at the University of Manchester. With a passion for television, radio and all-things journalism, she currently works at the National Student Television Association and is Controller of Manchester’s student television station, Fuse TV.

Polly is also co-Chair of Women In Media, an organisation based in Manchester that aims to empower and inspire girls and women of every age to be more confident in their journalistic voice and ability. Women In Media 2016 (#WiM16) will be taking place between the 4th and 6th of March, coinciding with International Women’s Day, with guest speakers that include Hearst Publication’s Louise Court, The Guardian’s Helen Pidd and BBC North West’s Beccy Mehan.
