Rhicha is head of law firm Bolt Burdon Kemp's Military department.
Over the years, Rhicha has successfully represented hundreds of employees injured in the course of their employment. She has a solid claimant background in both trade union and private client work.
She is experienced in bringing claims against the Ministry of Defence involving, Non Freezing Cold injuries (NFCI), Noise Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL), training incidents/defective work equipment (including Snatch Land Rover vehicles), and in military medical negligence for the delay in diagnosing and treating serious health conditions such as tuberculosis and complex chronic compartment syndrome.
Rhicha is a strong negotiator and fights to obtain maximum damages for all her clients as well as ensuring they receive the best rehabilitation required to re-build and shape their lives after injury.
