Richard Dinan is the instantly recognisable star of E4’s cult hit series, Made in Chelsea. Richard’s appearances on the show have focused more on his business ventures and futuristic ideals rather than his personal life and have highlighted his passion for invention and technology. He is a director of a number of companies in the technology, venture capital, media and security sectors. A born entrepreneur, Richard began developing business plans for his future ventures as a teenager and he left school at 16 and quickly began publishing a newsstand magazine focussing on securities. As an enthusiast for manufacture and engineering, he also worked part time as an assistant gunsmith at Holland & Holland. In 2010, he linked up with Alexander Nall-Cain and to launch the Phantom PrePaid Card, in 2011 they sold the majority of the business to a Swiss Private Fund and it is now one of the UK’s most popular discount dining cards. Never afraid to take risks or break barriers, he has developed and raised capital for, a swathe of exciting and ground-breaking products in the technology sector over the past 18 months alongside the ZInter PRO, to be launched in 2014.
