Youth Business International Entrepreneur of the Year finalist and founder of Greenbo

Roy Joulous is a finalist in this year’s YBI Entrepreneur of the Year competition. The competition, run by Youth Business International is supported by Barclays, and aims to highlight and celebrate the important contributions that young entrepreneurs of all types and sizes across the world make to society through creating jobs and bringing new products and services to communities.

Roy set up and runs Israeli company, Greenbo, which produces an innovative and eye catching range of products for urban gardens. The unique saddle design means Greenbo planters can fit onto balcony railings anywhere so anyone can be green fingered, no matter how little space they have.

Roy Joulous is a passionate entrepreneur with a burning desire to turn his start-up company into a global industry leader. With an almost limitless potential market, in a few short years, Greenbo’s unique appeal has taken it into markets around the world.

Designed and built with sustainable and recycled materials, the cutting edge Greenbo planter has recently been awarded the prestigious and industry leading Red Dot Design award, by the leaders from the world of design.
