I'm a senior fellow in health policy at the Nuffield Trust, doing
research and policy analysis on the NHS. I'm also doing a PhD at the
London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine on the impact of market
reforms on NHS services. Before joining the Nuffield Trust, I worked for
the King's Fund and was a journalist at the BBC.
