My name is Sally Dhillon. I am the Co-Founder of Career-Mums Partnership.

Based in the West Midlands, we help parents return to work following a career break through confidence-boosting and practical workshops and personal coaching.

We also work with employers to encourage them to make the most of the amazing talent pool of career returners.

I am an experienced executive and careers coach, trainer, facilitator and speaker. I had a corporate HR career spanning 14 years but love the freedom and creativity that comes from being my own boss.

I am mum to two daughters - I want to do my bit to make sure they grow up into a world that puts them on a level playing field to have educational opportunities, make career choices and be a parent and not be held back or undervalued because of their gender.
