A qualified sex & relationship therapist working with couples and individuals on Skype and in my North London office

Having sought therapy for my own sexual difficulties, I have an understanding about how difficult sex and relationship problems can be and how they can impact your life. I am able to talk about sex in all its forms in an open and frank way. I’m also open minded, non judgemental, empathetic, free from jargon and down to earth.

I’ve written for or been quoted in: The Telegraph, DIVA, The Daily Mail, Metro, The Evening Standard, Time Out, Company, Fiesta, Forum, Scarlet, Buzzfeed and Men's Health. I’ve also been a guest on Radio 4's Women's Hour and give regular sex advice on North West Kent's radio Station Miskin.

In terms of therapy training, I have a postgraduate diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy. I have also attended the Pink Therapy Alternative Sexualities courses where we explored kink, fetishes, BDSM, asexuality, compulsive sexual behaviour, condom use (particularly in relation to HIV), gender dysphoria, pansexuality and bisexuality. Many of these areas are skipped over in conventional sex therapy courses.

I am available for individual and couple sessions therapy sessions in my London office and also on Skype. To find out more about me, or to book a session click on www.londonsexcounselling.co.uk.
