Ecologist with a science-based interest in staying in the EU

I am doing a PhD in biodiversity conservation of coastal dunes. I have been directly affected by Brexit in terms of grants and funding that will become no longer available to me to continue my research. In addition I am concerned about the impact of leaving the EU legislation on animal welfare and environmental protection of our ancient forests and wildlife.
