Tess Young

Tess heads up the team at South London Cares, a charity and community network of young professionals and their older neighbours over 65 across Southwark and Lambeth. Through friendship, shared time and experiences South London Cares helps to prevent and reduce isolation and loneliness of older and younger people alike.
