Tony is a member of the Royal Television Society and has a particular expertise in digital media, broadcasting, telecommunications, spectrum management, gambling and copyright. He has extensive experience in the provision of electronic communication networks. Tony authored the annual chapter on broadcasting law in the Yearbook of Copyright and Media Law (Oxford University Press). He is an arbitrator on the international panel of the Independent Film & Television Alliance, and chairman of the UK branch of the European Centre for Space Law. His clients include major television broadcasters, satellite operators, fixed and mobile telecommunications operators, film producers and distributors and government bodies.
