Tracy Shields works as Senior Child Rights Programme Adviser at World Vision.
Before joining World Vision, she worked in Papua New Guinea for four years, including as Programs Manager with ChildFund PNG which works in delivering programs for children the areas of health, education, food security, water and sanitation, child rights and HIV and AIDS through remote communities. Prior to that she worked with JTA International, a leading international health and social sector consulting firm operating in Australia and the Asia-Pacific region on international development issues.
