Vincent Smyth
General Manager EMEA, Flexera Software
Vincent Smyth is the General Manager for
Flexera Software’s business in Europe, Middle East, Africa and the Indian Subcontinent. He is responsible for driving increased revenue, market share and customer satisfaction in the Enterprise, Government, ISV and Intelligent Device marketplaces. Vincent is part of the global executive team at Flexera Software and has worked for the business since May 2004.
Prior to his current position as General Manager, Vincent was Regional Vice President responsible for sales. He joined the company as EMEA General Manager for InstallShield prior to InstallShield’s acquisition by Macrovision. Flexera Software was subsequently spun off from Macrovision in 2008.
Prior to joining InstallShield Smyth held sales management responsibilities for Business Objects, PTC and Computer Associates. During the last fifteen years he has been responsible for increasing revenue and improving customer satisfaction across strategic accounts, system integrators, channel partners, and SME markets.
He has extensive experience doing business across Europe, Middle East, Africa and India.
Vincent holds a Bachelors Degree in Cybernetics and Control Engineering from Reading University in the UK.
