As Head of Forest Policy and Trade at WWF, my role is to find and promote positive solutions to some of the biggest threats to our natural forests - everything from the expansion of commodities such as palm oil and soya to the more familiar such as timber, beef and mining.

Before joining WWF, I spent time monitoring and evaluating European Commission funded projects, as well as working more than seven years in the field on community, commercial and nature conservation projects in places ranging from Costa Rica to deepest, darkest Berkshire, via Scotland, New Zealand and the US.
