I have over the course of my career worked with issues of international development, philanthropy, economic policy, societal welfare and human development as well as corporate strategy, change management and coaching/personal development.

Based on my experience I now believe that if we are to be successful in meeting persistent challenges such as poverty and violence, or even increase our own happiness, we need to look at ways of incorporating more love and compassion - values that all major religions and humanitarians agree on being core values for human existence and happiness.

I believe that the positive effect of extending love is very real and transformative.

My religion is kindness. Dalai Lama
