Billie started her business 'Ki-Resolutions' last year with the aim to help people climb their mountains. Ki-Resolutions works with companies and individuals, enabling them to work to the best of their potential, creating business growth and aims to have some kind of impact on the basic well being of people.

Helping organisations and individuals think differently in order to understand, the what, why and how of themselves and their businesses, by raising awareness and solutions to climbing your mountains, with 10% of all income going towards helping children have a better life.

With an 18 year background working with children as a nurse, then lecturer in child health. She is currently building Ki Resolutions, being Research Lead for the Association for Coaching & working on her research project: Maverick approaches to business for the Masters in Innovation, Creativity and Leadership Share her learnings and thoughts through her blog posts.
