In 2012 Formula One introduced to the world - Austin’s Circuit of the Americas . With an epic weekend of fast paced racing and a celebrity filled pit lane, it has launch the circuit as one of the most impressive we've come to witness. With gruelling hills and sharp turns it’s every racing drivers dream, and even the debut winner Lewis Hamilton said it was ‘my best win’. So in 2013 they are opening the tarmac to MotoGP Championship (April 19-21), the V8 Super cars Championship (May 17-19) as well as the reprise of an awe inspiring US Grand Prix (November 15-17).
A new addition in spring is the arrival of the Tower Amphitheater. With a capacity to host up to 15,000 people at any open air concert, it is the largest permanent stage in Austin , a city known internationally as the ‘Live Music Capital of the World.’
