Campbell Robb has been Chief Executive of Shelter since January 2010.

Prior to joining Shelter, Campbell was the first Director General of the Office of the Third Sector, working closely with government ministers to boost the role of the third sector and help it deliver more public services.

Campbell has a background in policy and campaigning, including nine years at the National Council for Voluntary Organisations (NCVO) where he was head of campaigns, and then director of public policy.

We've just finished watching David Cameron's major speech on welfare reform. In case you missed it, he is proposing that housing benefit should no longer be available to under-25s.
