Caroline Sandry has over a decade of experience as a personal trainer and Pilates instructor. Caroline hosts her Pilates and ‘Shape Up’ workouts on Body in Balance TV channel (sky 275) and regularly writes for magazines including Health & Fitness, Ultra Fit, Women’s Running and WeightWatchers. Caroline has also been featured in Elle, Glamour Germany, Bella and Healthy.

“The more I learnt about the body and fitness, the more interested I became, and so it was a natural progression to carry that passion over into a career. After qualifying in 1991, I discovered how amazing Pilates is for conditioning and balancing the body. It can be truly transformational and my clients quickly become hooked!” Caroline Sandry.

Caroline has 10 DVDs to her name and regularly hosts TV programmes in the UK and the USA.
