She is the author of Small Family Gardens (2007) and Modern Family Gardens (2006), both published by John Wiley & Sons. Having worked for over a decade in television production, Caroline retrained as a gardener with the National Trust. For the last ten years, she has been running her own garden design business, The Oak Studio Design Ltd. She also writes for gardening magazines and national newspapers, as well as doing radio broadcasting.
