Charmian Hughes is a stand-up comedian, writer, poet and mother of two. One of the first girls ever at Westminster School, Charmian studied clowning under Philippe Gaulier and Theatre de Complicite. Charmian comperes regularly at Glastonbury and has taken her solo shows Charmageddon and The Ten Charmandments to the last two Edinburgh fringes. Her audiences have ranged from MP’s at the House of Commons to Lifers in HM Prisons (not to be confused).
