As we enter the final stages of an exhilarating World Cup in Brazil, there have been some outstanding performances from many players.
We have seen youngsters burst onto the world stage as well as superstars adding to their repertoire as global footballing giants.

6. Guillermo Ochoa
The Mexican goalkeeper put in an outstanding performance against the Netherlands in their last 16 tie.
Unfortunately, his efforts turned out to be fruitless as his side crashed out following two late goals from the Dutch.
Ochoa's brilliant reaction saves kept his side in it for as long as possible as he gave the performance of a lifetime and that game alone may see him move to a bigger club.
He is currently a free agent after being released by French side AC Ajaccio at the end of last season, but Ochoa's World Cup performances may see clubs battle it out for his signature. His commanding performances in goal will surely have earned him many admirers.
5. Serge Aurier
The Ivory Coast full-back put in some excellent performances for his country despite their early exit from the World Cup.
Aurier was pivotal in his team's attacking force, using his pace to break from the back and whip in crosses for his team mates.
The 21-year-old was key in the Ivory Coast's attempts to challenge for points in a difficult group and he did well, despite his side falling just short.
Many Premier League clubs, including Arsenal and Liverpool, have been linked with the defender and the Toulouse man could be in with a big summer move following the tournament in Brazil.
4. Juan Cuadrado
Colombia have been one of the best teams of the World Cup so far, reaching the quarter-finals after an excellent performance against Uruguay.
Pacy winger Juan Cuadrado has been a pivotal cog in the South American side during the tournament, creating four goals for his team and scoring once.
Rumour has it that the 26-year-old has his pick of either Arsenal, Manchester United or Liverpool following the World Cup, who have all been impressed with his commanding performances.
However, current club Fiorentina are keen to keep hold of their star man and could slap a huge price tag on him to deter any potential suitors.
3. Karim Benzema
The Real Madrid forward has been a star at the World Cup so far, scoring three goals and putting in some excellent shifts.
There is a chance that Benzema may leave the Santiago Bernabeu this summer due to a lack of first team football and potential transfer activity from the Spanish giants.
However, the Frenchman has admitted he loves playing for Madrid and his recent improved performances may see his side reluctant to sell.

The Swiss have almost lived up to their somewhat unbelievable FIFA World Ranking place with some good performances at the World Cup.
Xherdan Shaqiri has been the star of the show, particularly highlighted by his devastating hat-trick against Honduras.
The tricky midfielder finds first team appearances hard to come by at club Bayern Munich due to the outstanding competition for first team places.
A move seems likely this summer, with Liverpool thought to be at the front of the queue for the 22-year-old.
However, following his fine form in Brazil, the Bundesliga club may not be willing to let the youngster go cheap.
1. James Rodriguez
James Rodriguez has so far been the star of the tournament and unexpectedly leads the way in terms of goals scored with five in four games.
The attacking midfielder has been pivotal in Colombia's excellent World Cup run and has even been likened to Diego Maradona.
The Monaco man was bought for around £35m in 2013 despite being relatively unproven and that fee must have at least doubled during the tournament.
Real Madrid are thought to be in the running to sign Rodriguez, who revealed that it would 'be a dream to play in Spain,' further fuelling rumours of his possible transfer.
Whether the Spanish giants are willing to match Monaco's undoubtedly monumental asking price after the World Cup is uncertain, but Rodriguez has certainly become one of the most sought-after players this summer.
