Dan Rickman is an alumnus of an ultra-orthodox Jewish school in London and Oxford University who currently works in the IT industry. He has an MA in Hebrew and Jewish studies from the University of London and is author of a number of articles in the Jewish Chronicle, Guardian Comment is Free and the Israeli ynet web site. He contributed a chapter called “Bringing Out the Best in all our Faith Traditions” in the Board of Deputies publication Zionism: A Jewish Communal Response. He identifies as a left wing orthodox Jew. He has also studied at the Woolfe Insitute studying relations between Jews, Christians and Muslims.

Last Jewish Ken Supporter Standing?

For some years now, I have been the least popular person in my (orthodox) synagogue. There are, of course, many reasons for this however there is one simple one - I am the only member who is willing to vote for Ken and to say so in public.
