As we reach the semi-final, the pressure is really on tonight. Who will make it and who will fall just short. The remaining eight are now ready to fight it out for a prized place in next weeks grand final.

Team Midas are still in with a shout, as we still have three left in the competition. So loads of luck to Christina, Sophie May and Chris.

The amazing Sally is up first for Team Sir Tom, with her take on 'Whole of the Moon'. Sally has delivered every single week, I love her. I wouldn't be thrilled but if one of Team Midas has to lose, then I would want it to be to Sally. She is brilliant. Great work.

I've not been the greatest fan of Bizzi but tonight this was a phenomenal performance. His best of the entire series. If his journey ends tonight then he has gone out in real style. Well done.

Team Ricky was next up and I was hoping Team Midas' Christina Marie would perform to the world class level she has week on week. I needn't had worried and I'm fast running out of positive things to say about this young starlet. Absolutely fantastic.

Following Christina on that form is a struggle for anyone but Team Midas' Chris is another huge talent with an amazing voice. I wish they could both go through as they really deserve it.

Team Kylie's Lee shouldn't be surprised by how far he has come in a short time and you know why? Cause you are blooming brilliant.

I think Jamie is the dark horse in this competition, he has sneaked in to the semi final and is peaking at just the right time. One of the best recording vocals left on the show.

The final team to sing for your votes was Will's.

After taking some time out this week to see his family, Jermain was hoping to come out relaxed and ready for action. Being honest, apart from 'that' last note I don't think it was his best performance, but I think that was mainly down to the song choice. Was it enough?

Sophisticated Team Midas' Sophie May is hoping her version of 'Royals' can get her to the final...so am I. A difficult song to master, but as the song went on it got stronger and stronger, Sophie has the all round package and most importantly, The Voice.

The public vote had opened and after the group performances, the acts will find out their fate.

Team Will did a pretty good job of 'Let's Dance' in fact I really enjoyed it, I was even tapping my feet. Phew, I need a rest.

Ricky sang with the power houses that are Chris and Christina and seriously smashed it out of the studio. Brilliant job team.

Sir Tom is a legend, he has been there and done it. To perform on stage with him is a magical moment. Their version of 'Dancing in the Street' had the audience singing, clapping and dancing along. Excellent stuff.

Last to sing were Team Kylie. This was a great end to the group performances and everyone genuinely looks like they are enjoying themselves.

Here we go, the result of the public vote.

Team Sir Tom: Sally is in the Final.

Team Ricky: Team Midas' Christina is in the Final.

Team Kylie: Jamie is in the Final

Team Will. Jermain is in the Final.

Well done to everyone and best of luck for the future to Bizzi, Lee and Team Midas' Sophie May and Chris.

So, Team Midas have faced the auditions, the battle rounds, the knockouts, a Quarter Final and tonight's Semi Final and our last woman standing and Finalist is Christina Marie. Good luck to everyone else on our team who came on the journey. If you need anything, give me a call.

Right, I'm off to find a swear box for Will...see you next week.
