A group made up of rejected auditionees from the massive hit show The Voice, have got together to make a charity single. Today, I took a listen to the finished track and found out more...

The group called Full Circle is made up of singers that auditioned for The BBC show The Voice. Many made it through the initial audition stages but didn't quite make the final cut.

In December 2011, Vocal Coach and The Voice auditionee Paul Stuart Davies posted an invitation on Facebook, for the others who had also left the competition, to join him in forming what was to become Full Circle; a project to release a charity single featuring unsigned singers from all over the UK. "The response was fantastic" says Paul, who admits he "hadn't really thought it through" and that the initial invitation was "very much a spur of the moment idea".

The first months of the project saw several group brainstorming sessions which gave chance to find out who was really on board and the 20-strong group line-up was confirmed.

In April 2012, Full Circle came together to record I Believe at the prestigious Blueprint Studios in Manchester. Blueprint's other clients include Rihanna, Justin Timberlake and The Voice coach herself, Jessie J.

The charity Me & Dee, based in Derby, was chosen to receive all proceeds generated from sales of the single. Me & Dee, run by Maria Hanson, gives the terminally ill experiences to remember when their time is precious.

Full Circle treasurer Kiki deVille said "The decision to support Me & Dee was not difficult in terms of the incredible work that Maria & her team do, but we did consider a number of charities and were very careful to choose one that offered not only a nationwide service but also a service to both adults & children."

The group have already received words of support from a number of celebrities including David Gest and Tony Hadley.

I Believe will be released on Monday 4 June 2012 and is an inspiring track, for those who are still hoping to achieve their dreams in the music world.
