GET UPDATES FROM Ed O'Meara

Ed O'Meara won a student comedy award in 2003 and has reached the semi-finals of various stand up competitions. Since then he has capitalised on this success by becoming one of Britain's least heard-of comedians, broadcasters and cartoonists. He frequently takes shows up to the Edinburgh Festival which go almost entirely unnoticed and is on the verge of not finishing a novel he started years ago. He plans to rectify this by becoming a dynamic, whirlwind of productivity. Starting tomorrow.

I remember the first time I was in a nativity play. I was a shepherd. I remember it because I had to wear an old tea towel on my head and it had a faded tomato ketchup stain on it and I wondered if they had tomato ketchup in Jesus'...

Women Aren't Funny... They're Hilarious

(9) Comments | Posted 22 May 2013 | (00:00)

It's tough being a white middle-class male. The main reason it's tough is that you don't have much to complain about. Middle-class white males are still the best paid and have the most opportunity. The fact that I have neither money or opportunity is entirely my own fault. Being a...
