Snuba the waters of the Dominican Republic

For your own James Bond-style adventure, get behind the wheel of a speedboat before turning the engine off for some Snuba time. A Snuba system allows you to scuba dive without the use of tanks as you breathe in air through long hoses which are secured to air canisters on pontoon rafts above the surface of the water.
