The biggest night in the British music calendar arrived on Wednesday (21 February) night, as London played host to the Brit Awards.
The red carpet was rolled out once again, as some of the biggest names in music descended on the O2 Arena, ahead of the ceremony where some of the industry’s most coveted awards were handed out.
With nominees including Stormzy, Kendrick Lamar, Dua Lipa andEd Sheeran it was certainly as star-studded a night as ever.
Among those who also walked the red carpet included a loved up Cheryl Tweedy and Liam Payne, who silenced rumours they were set to split.
Also joining them were Rita Ora, Paloma Faith, Jorja Smith and Jessie Ware, as well as a token appearance from ‘This Morning’ presenters Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield, who will undoubtedly be nursing a sore head on Thursday morning’s edition of the ITV show.
Many of the stars completed their outfits with a white rose to support the Time’s Up movement, which was a response to the wave of sexual harassment and abuse allegations made against key figures in the entertainment industry.
It followed silent protests at the Golden Globes, Grammys and Baftas so far this awards season.
