'Britain's Got Talent' Singer Calum Scott Lands Record Deal In The US

'I'm now a SIGNED RECORDING ARTIST...'

‘Britain’s Got Talent’ singer Calum Scott has signed a record deal in the States, a year after landing a place in last year’s final.

Calum was one of the stand out contestants of last year’s series, when he became Simon Cowell’s Golden Buzzer act following his unique take on Robyn’s ‘Dancing On My Own’ at his first audition.

He’s now excitedly shared the news he has landed a recording contract with Capitol Records in the US, with his fans.

Despite clearly impressing Simon Cowell and sailing through to last year’s ‘BGT’ final, the music mogul ultimately decided not to sign Calum up to his record label, Syco.

This year’s ‘BGT’ final saw Richard Jones becoming the first magician to win the show in its 10-series history, triumphing over swing singer Wayne Woodward.
