Thursday (20 October) marked the end of a long wait for ‘Emmerdale’ fans, as the soap’s much-hyped stunt scenes aired.
The huge - and we mean HUGE - car crash saw over 15 vehicles collide, and a number of fan favourites were involved in the drama, which you can watch again in the video above.
Thursday’s two ‘Emmerdale’ episodes saw a four separate storylines come together in the pile-up, which began when Emma Barton pushed James off a bridge.
He then fell onto the roof a car below, which was being driven by Ashley Thomas, and the traffic just behind included Pierce Harris, and Rhona Goskirk and Paddy Kirk.
The situation is even worse for Aaron Dingle and Robert Sugden - who had Lachlan White tied up in their boot - as their car went careering into a quarry.
On Twitter, fans agreed that the stunt lived up to the hype:
