Farting Weatherman Szilard Horvath Loses Job After 'Breaking Wind' On Live TV

Fart sound effects aren't welcome on the news, apparently.

A Hungarian weatherman has been struck off after pretending to fart on TV.

Szilard Horvath used sound effects to make it look like he was breaking wind to illustrate gusty conditions in the landlocked European nation.

According to reports he was later fired when TV station bosses failed to see the funny side.

Horvath vented his frustration in a Facebook post on Monday, saying: "If Mr Bean or Benny Hill farts, everyone laughs, but now a big deal is being made about this."
