Lauren Goodger is reportedly being investigated by police, following an alleged altercation at the Sugar Hut.
The ‘TOWIE’ star is said to have been involved in a physical confrontation with two women during a night out at the Essex club.
The Sun has claimed Lauren and the other women were pulling each other’s hair in a scrap, before bouncers stepped in to separate them.
A spokesperson for Essex police would not confirm or deny the claims, but did say: “We are investigating reports of assaults occurring at around 1.30am on Sunday morning, October 9, on the first floor of the Sugar Hut in Brentwood High Street.
“Officers were contacted with reports three women were assaulted.”
A representative for the Sugar Hut, which is owned by former ‘TOWIE’ star Mick Norcross, downplayed the incident, adding: “CCTV recordings have been reviewed and there is no evidence of the alleged altercation.
“Sugar Hut operates a zero tolerance on violence and any persons acting or being violent to our staff or customers would be ejected from the premises immediately regardless of who they are.”
Lauren staged a return to ‘The Only Way Is Essex’ during Sunday night’s episode, following a four-year break.
She was an original cast member on the Essex reality show, with her on-off relationship with Mark Wright taking centre stage during her stint.
HuffPost UK has contacted a spokesperson for Lauren on the alleged incident.
