The project, which was filmed in a shark sanctuary, has a serious conservation message and aims to highlight the threat of extinction which this much maligned animal now faces. Karina, who has been diving professionally for 20 years, was assisted by world renowned divers Stuart Cove and Liz Parkinson, who helped her to pose without any breathing equipment.
