Schoolboy Writes Heartbreaking Song About His Nan's Dementia

A 15-year-old schoolboy has released a poignant song about his grandmother's dementia to help raise money for Alzheimer's Research UK.

Harry Gardner, from Essex, wrote the song after visiting his relative, whose condition had deteriorated rapidly because of the disease.
